Mike answered our call at 8am on a Sunday morning after we had woken up with all the power off. He talked us through what to do and over the phone we were able to isolate the issue to our dishwasher or washing machine appliances allowing us to turn everything else back on. We called Mike at 5pm on Sunday, December 31 – probably not the easiest time to find an electrician – but he was with us in 2 hours, and in the interim provided helpful advice on our electrical emergency. He was the friendliest, happiest electrician we've ever used and he addressed the issue quickly. I was amazed he was willing to work late on New Year's Eve to answer all the calls (he was off to another job after ours). We'd definitely recommend ABCD, and would gladly use them again.

Called due to damaged wiring in the kitchen; the lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and communicated everything very well, letting me know that Mike would call back etc. Got the callback as promised and arranged a Saturday appt. Mike was courteous, obviously very knowledgeable and communicated everything about the process really well, and graciously put up with being observed and the many questions I asked.
